FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (F.A.Q.'s) 1. If I want to have access to the entire conference event: workshops, panels, meal functions and all, how much is the total fee? $375.00 Per Person. 2. Does the $375.00 Registration option include hotel costs? No. Hotel costs must be covered separately. Reservations at the Sheraton Metairie-New Orleans hotel can be made by calling: (504) 837-6707. 3. Is there a reduced conference rate for attendees? Yes. The conference hotel rate is: $129.00 per night. Say the phrase: NPCL Fatherhood Conference, to receive your discounted rate. 4. Do I need a rental car for this conference? NPCL has arranged transportation for attendees during the evenings, beginning the night of June 16. Shuttle times will be posted at the conference event. *Please note that due to the various plans of conference attendees, shuttles will only be 'Dropping Off' and not 'Picking Up' in downtown later on in the evening. 5. Is there a cost for parking at the hotel? No. Parking is free. 6. What is the estimated cab fare from the Sheraton Metairie-New Orleans to Downtown New Orleans? Between $25.00-$27.00. 7. Is registration required to attend the Pre-Conference events, June 15? No. These events are free and open to the public, as well as conference attendees. 8. What are the benefits of attending the National Fatherhood Leaders Group (NFLG) Leadership Track at this year's Conference? This Conference track is beneficial for a few reasons:
1. It gives attendees working in Responsible Fatherhood and Fragile Family Re-building the opportunity to receive a certificate from some of the nation's leading fatherhood experts
2. You will walk away with a certificate of completion signed by members of the National Fatherhood Leaders Group as proof that you were under a week-long facilitation that focused on various Fatherhood issues, allowing you to benefit from the offered knowledge, expertise and advice regarding your specific program
3.
